Tiles do not come with a warranty due to their non-mechanical nature. However, we ensure the highest quality, backed by industry certification and rigorous testing. We recommend inspecting the tiles upon delivery and performing a dry-lay to check for variations and ensure proper alignment. Any concerns should be reported before installation, and we will resolve them. Once installed, tiles cannot be replaced, so kindly inspect the material upon receipt.

We take utmost care in packaging and handling to ensure your tiles arrive safely. However, as per industry standards, up to 2% breakage is considered normal. Please inspect the tiles upon delivery in the presence of the driver. If you receive a significant number of damaged tiles, report the issue to the sales consultant immediately. Share clear photos of the damaged tiles with our team, and we will assess the situation to provide a resolution. Claims must be made before installation, as installed tiles cannot be replaced.
