Returns
At Amantyle, we do not offer returns or exchanges on our products. However, if you receive an incorrect item, we will arrange a prompt replacement at no extra cost.
To initiate a replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery by calling +919845146199 or emailing us at daniya@amantrading.co.in. Please include clear images of the received product along with your order details. Replacements are subject to local stock availability.
Important: All items are non-returnable. We only process exchanges in the case of incorrect deliveries.
To complete your replacement request:
- Share clear images of the incorrect item with our sales consultant.
- Include proof of purchase and order details.
- Coordinate with the sales consultant, who will guide the return of the incorrect item to our warehouse and ensure the correct item is delivered.
Damaged Items
We take utmost care in packaging and handling your tiles. However, as per industry standards, up to 2% breakage is considered normal. Please inspect the tiles at the time of delivery in the presence of the driver.
If you receive a significant number of damaged tiles, report the issue immediately to your sales consultant with clear images. Claims must be made before installation; installed tiles cannot be replaced.

Refunds (if applicable)
We do not offer refunds. Replacements will only be processed if the product received is incorrect and reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
In the rare scenario where a refund is approved it may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank and payment provider.
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 working days:
- Recheck your bank account or Razorpay-linked payment method.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if an incorrect item is delivered. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at daniya@amantrading.co.in or +919845146199, and coordinate with your sales consultant for further assistance.
